Amazing retreat! First of all I would love to thank the owners and staff of Atlantis Gardens for such a great and special place. 1. Location. This beautiful resort is located 20 min drive from Larnaca airport near the Mazotos village at the seashore (1st line). Taxi 🚕 will cost around 💶 34€ for a 6-seater van (if you travel 🧳 with a family or a company). It is rather wild place with no clubs or restaurants around. Which was a great plus for us. 2. Accommodations. Tourist can choose a 1/2 of a villa or the whole villa. 1/2 villa is a 3-bedroom apartment with a big living room with a huge flatscreen TV 📺 , fully equipped kitchen and very big terrace with big table and outdoor furniture. Villas have also private pools. Everything is clean and fresh. 3. Services. Sheets, towels, coffee ☕️, etc. are changed for extra payment, even if you stay for 2 weeks. 4. Infrastructure. Big territory. Many parking 🅿️ lots (don’t know if extra payment 💰 needed). Comfortable swimming 🏊 pool both for adults (1,65-1,70 m at the deepest part) and children. Small children playground 🛝. A little gym. Bar-restaurant with open kitchen 8-19:30. Small private beach 🏖️ with all supplies, and water entertainments. 5. Personnel. Very warm, welcoming, service-oriented and pleasant. We want to come back to this place again and again!!!!

The residence itself is beautifully restored, blending traditional charm with modern comfort in a way that feels both authentic and luxurious. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, showcasing the cultural heritage of the area. Every detail—from the cozy furnishings to the serene courtyard—creates a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. I especially loved enjoying my morning coffee in the sunlit patio, surrounded by the timeless beauty of the architecture. The location is excellent as well: quiet and picturesque, yet close enough to explore everything the village and surrounding area have to offer. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a cultural experience, or simply a relaxing break, Kiti Traditional Residence is the perfect choice. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Absolutely everything. Great communication and the place was immaculately kept and furnished. We travel a lot within Cyprus and this has to be THE best place we have stopped in. There’s literally nothing you might need that’s not in this apartment. We normally travel with our own pillows and coffee machine but this place also has a Nespresso machine and first class pillows to go with a REALLY comfortable bed. The perfect place to stay. We will be back. Under cover parking and fast internet and smart tv.

4 bedrooms with own bathrooms spread on 3 floors + common space with the kitchen + extra living-game room with a sofa + terrace on the first floor with sitting area and sea view = more than enough space for everyone in a big family or even two families spending a vacation together which makes it value for money. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and setting a table. The bathrooms are clean. Quiet. The hosts are very nice, welcoming and easy to deal: met us on time and told we could check out later (probably, there was no booking next day), so we enjoyed our lunch near the pool.

Beautiful large apartment in tranquil village, balcony with sea view, private pool, good beds and a well equipped kitchen. close to the airport. we have been returning for years. Good WIFI. Recommended.

Resort was clean. I enjoyed it with my small children. The apartment was great and the kitchen was equipped. They even provided us with a cot which was very helpful.

The resort was fabulous. Comfortable, beautifully furnished apartments with a spacious veranda. Well equipped kitchen and amenities in the bathroom. Very friendly staff with excellent service. The pool is fantastic, the gardens lush and green. Good security at the main gate. We paid extra for late check out which is a good add on.
