Very helpful staff who greeted us warmly and provided us a lot of useful information. Suggest guests to add breakfast to their stays as there are few breakfast options in the nearby areas. A new and clean hotel with big spacious rooms. We really liked the complimentary laundry service, the staff even helped to fold the laundered clothes neatly for collection.

Location was very good as the place is near food places and the metro. The view from the 18th floor was nice. I had the whole place to myself, a studio, which is just what I like. I could use the washing machine, the kitchen etc. Most of all, the hostess was very kind, helpful, and responsive. I enjoyed staying there very much.
