We had the room on the top floor. The room, the facilities, the view, everything was exceptional. Also the build quality of the room to the last detail was great. The pool was great also, just the right size and great ambient at the pool. Great for kids to have fun and for adults to relax. At breakfast you had a big selection of food. Everything was good. Close to the hotel you have a supermarket, the train to Gornergrat is close as well, the bus stop is also very close. Friendly and helpful staff. If we would come again to Zermatt, we would definitely pick this place again.

The location of the apartment is second to none in the village! Just enjoy every corner especially the terrace and view of Matterhorn and Zermatt! The facilities are nice and clean. The rooms are very warm. And most importantly the owner is very friendly!!! I will come back next time when I need a recharge in my life.

Amazing apartment, very spacious, beautifully decorated and 15mins by foot from the center. Eva is nice, responsive and helpful. Check in and check out went smoothly. The apartament also has a pretty big terrace. Over all we are very happy and can say that 100% would stay here again. It looks better than in the pictures.

You get what you pay for (in a positive sense). Look at the prices of other apartments. This one is not spacious. You have to climb quite some stairs. BUT: if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep in fantastic Zermatt, I honestly think it's a bargain.
