The staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The room/apartment was very nice as well with a great balcony and an incredible view of the North face of the Eiger. If you come for a sporting event like I did, such an apartment is the best choice given your possibility to cook, relax and not subscribe to any meal schedules imposed by the hotel. The apartment had everything we needed to live there for basically a week, only occasionaly relying on the town's restaurants and bars. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED.

One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
