I am not sure that I can rate this stay, because the owner informed us that there was a flood and the apartment was no longer available, but he offered an alternative. However, he only partially did what he said he would provide us in that alternative apartment so we ended up sleeping on a mattress because the bed was missing the frame. The kitchen was not functional, and the internet was pretty bad. Overall the experience was bad especially because he promised he would fix the bed in the second day of our stay, but then he stopped answering to messages.

One of the best places we have stayed! It's situated on the main square of the town. The parking spot is right behind the corner. There is a supermarket, several restaurants, and a long and nice walking promenade along the river bank. The town itself is nice, and all the main cities of the region are easily reachable. We stayed there with three little children, there were enough beds for everyone, and they were really comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The building itself is freshly renovated, so one can find the comfort of a modern apartment and at the same time enjoy the four century old fresco on the wall in the living room. I think it's priceless!

I stayed at Casa Maria West in Solothurn and was delighted from the very first moment. The house is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive – you can truly feel that they care about their guests’ well-being. I felt completely comfortable and at home throughout my stay. The location is perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to the center of Solothurn to reach everything easily. I can warmly recommend Casa Maria West – it’s a place to relax, enjoy, and definitely return to!

The owners were really lovely people and made us feel very much at home. They were very interested to talk to us bout our travels. During our stay, the lady welcomed us to message her with any requests that we might have. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was well equipped and had TV with satellite, WiFi, cooking facilities, clean bathroom and comfy beds. The widows also had shutters to shut out the light which made for a very nice sleep. We were waved off when we left which was truly lovely, we felt like family friends. Thanks to the owners for a lovely stay with them.

The studio is nicely decorated ,the bedroom is very large.Everything was clean.the terrace is beautiful with a beautiful view.The owners did not welcome us,we were given instruktions to get the key.That is OK.

The property is a beautiful house that makes you feel literally at home. When we booked a BnB with shared bathroom, even seeing the pictures, we couldn’t imagine it would be so warm, welcoming and comfortable. At the beginning it was a bit confusing to find the right door, but once we were there the owner treated us greatly, very attentive and always smiling, yet fully respectful with our privacy. Breakfast was great, all fresh and a good variety, all nicely presented (see pictures)
