It was one of the most comfortable stays of my life. The rooms were big enough and comfortable for me and my family. We were travelling with a child, thus, it was extremely important to have a clean apartment with kitchen close to all the important spots. The kitchen was full with all the important appliances and tools. The location was incredible, just across the Eaton Centre and close to shops, restaurants and theatres (we had a chance to see two shows). The staff was awesome! Always happy to help, answer our questions with a big smile and postivie vibes (all of them), which we appreciated greatly. Highly recommended! Thank you for a great stay and a positive experience.

The owners were super friendly, the room is spacious, clean, and quite new, with many facilities and some food for the customers, it is super close to the beach, with nice restaurants and shops close. In general, almost every detail was a pleasure for us. Also, the price was definitely good.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to the scotiabank arena and Union station. The view of the CN tower is honestly incredible (the picture is from the balcony) and the host was extremely helpful and replied quickly. The apartment was also very well equipped and the bed was extremely comfy.

Everything. Communication excellent. We were met by a very helpful staff member who helped us to our parking spot and showed us around the apartment. Apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern with a spectacular view of city. Beds comfortable. Close to corner store for groceries and fully self contained. It was perfect for our stay.

We got the room with the kitchen, it was fully equipped and so clean. Hosts were very nice and welcoming. The room was spacious, had storage for our stuff and the bed very comfortable. There are 2 beach chairs and beach towels provided by the lovely hosts. The street car is up the street and brings you directly downtown, perfect location for a beach and city TO visit. We loved our stay, wish we would have stayed longer!

The location was good for the tram but it took us a while to work out how to get about. The room was a good size and having a few kitchen failities was good. having washing facilities was also good. It was good value but hard to really prepare any food ourselves due to only having a microwave and no dishes or cups or kettle in there.
