The aparment was clean and with all facilities, just as described on the pictures. The host were amazing and offered everything they could for the most pleasant stay. There was a kitchen with a stove, a frigde with a freezing chamber and everything else needed if you want to cook. We made pancakes and had a lot of fun. I recommend the apartment to everyone!

We've stayed at Smjestaj_S for a weekend, settled very comfortably. The location is excellent, close to the city center and a big park, sheltered from the noise. The building is quite new, with its own private parking. The apartment itself is large, well illuminated and very functional - a bedroom with big and comfortable double bed, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. The hosts were both accommodating and helpful.

Really nice apartment with a big bed and a nice living room / kitchen area. There's also a lovely balcony, which I unfortunately didn't get to enjoy much due to the weather. Internet also works quite well, and the bathroom was clean and nice. Location also close to the center, restaurants and pubs also not far.

The owner was really welcoming, they placed a big can of coffee in the kitchen, beer, water, everything you need and even a few cigarettes. Very good welcome. There is an extendable sofa in the living room and a separate bedroom, so you can sleep at 2 big beds with 4 people comfortably. Bed sheets and pillows are in place. Even a small bed for a child. Wi-fi and TV was working fine. All the amenities are functional as well.

A brand new, beautifully equipped apartment on the perfect location in Bijeljina! The building is very new, and a nice coffee shop right next to it was a great plus. The kitchen and the living room were very comfortable, as well as the sleeping rooms. Parking spot in the garage is great, but we also had free spots just in front of the building entrance which was useful for short stops. The host was very kind and helpful! It really felt like home, and we can't wait to be back!
