The upstairs apartment in the family house with parking on the gated property. We stayed for two nights and it was perfect way to visit Berat. It's short walk to the centre of the city. We also dinned in the house, if you get that offered i suggest you go with home cooked food!

We have been doing a trip around Albania and Gorani House has been, by far, the best place we have stayed. The room was spacious, fresh, clean and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic, extremely calm, with a very beautiful sight of the city. The breakfast was delicious , prepared with local products and with care. And the best, the owners, truly good, kind and honest people. The place is not easy to find, but the owners daughter sent us a very clear video before our arrival, so we had no issues to get there. Berat and Gorani House have definitely been the highlight of our Albania trip.

If we could give a 10+ we would have done it for this apartment. This is in 1 word FANTASTIC! Clean, complete, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a nice livingroom and a nice kitchen. We couldn't have wished for more. We would recommend this to others for sure! A very kind host and his father. Really helpfull!

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We got delicious grapes from their own garden. The apartment is very clean. The air conditioning works well, the kitchen is nice and the bathroom too. Definitely recommend it.

Our 3 nights at Bujtina Kapinova where great! The comfort of the house, the fully equipped kitchen, the shower (!!!), the beds, the breakfast, the service, everything was amazing. The location was also very pretty and practical for some hiking trails. We would highly recommend this!

The apartment was beautiful and the owners were very kind. They helped us. And they've thought about everything in the apartment to be as comfortable as possible: from small necessities in the kitchen and in the bathroom to even tipical games and welcome food.
