This was the first time I didn't have photos from my vacation. The city is poor, with only one street and a short promenade next to the beach. The beach is ok with lots of restaurants and deck chairs. The only good thing is the Sahara beach which is 10 minutes away by car. Sahara Beach is pure perfection and the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. The Jukebox Café is the best with delicious food and sun loungers on the beach.

Small coastal town where you can find long sandy beaches, clean sea and air, a harbour, plenty of restaurants and shops - and all that only 45km south of Thessaloniki. Locals are friendly and the town is full of tourists from late spring to autumn, especially on weekends.

Worst place I have ever stay in on vacation, everything was old or not working properly. Dirty toilet seat, broken mini freezer, doesn’t even have a place to charge a phone. On destination there is large supermarket in Nea Kalikratia. Really clean, with new bedsheets and towels for shower. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, had great tips for beaches and places to visit. The place is located 5 min walk to the local beach and the center with all restaurants. And around 2km by car to the nearby beaches which are not as crowded. The place even had an elevator to take luggage to the room. Would recommend!
