Each room includes a fridge, private toilet, and guests bathe at the hot-spring baths. Japanese-style futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor is provided. Yukata robes are offered for guests. The staff were exceptional, the facilities and the room were clean, cosy and comfortable. The food was great and service was beyond our expectations. The onsen was particularly enjoyable. We loved our stay here.

It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. fantastic onsenji hotel! the staffs are very friendly and helpful. the location is also very nice,which is walkable , as well as the bus station is upon it. hotel also provides pick-up and drop-off services to the kawaguchiko station. the amazing free breakfast and valuable dinner . onsenji is awesome!

Every room comes with a balcony with garden views. Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The food was amazing. The staff was kind and helpful - they organized our transportation from the hotel upon check-out. I highly recommend this place!

We received excellent service, the staff were very friendly at all times, and we were even welcomed by the hotel manager. The views are spectacular, we saw Mount Fuji from different perspectives and I don't think it could be seen more beautifully from anywhere else. Although it is a hotel with a lot of history and has been operating for a long time, all the vintage details actually enrich the experience. Furthermore, I never thought sleeping on a futon could be so comfortable. I regretted not booking more nights at this place. Finally, I would like to point out that the guy at the reception has the best English I heard in all of Japan, which is much appreciated. Although the restaurant was closed because the chef was on holiday, the reception offered us a pizza that was delicious. I hope to return very soon!

At the ryokan, each unit has a tatami. Some accommodation includes a terrace with garden views, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with bidet. The units are equipped with heating facilities. Everything there is so precious and beautiful. Food was incredibly delicious. The staff was really wonderful and kind.

Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property. The hotel is a minutes' walk away from the shores of Kawaguchiko and Kawaguchiko Herbkan. We were lucky to get the corner room with a direct view of Mt. Fuji - it was such a treat! The owner was so nice and helpful! We were picked up and dropped off at the train station. The location was close enough to a lawson/ restaurants / a big supermarket so you can walk there even without a bus! The park near the hotel also has a great view of Mt. Fuji.
