The property is non-smoking and is located 1.1 km from Matsunomiya Shrine. Was a really nice ryokan experience, nicely laid out and beautifully decorated place. Self check in was very easy. The house yukata were a lovely touch as well as the bath salts.

The buildings and the Japanese garden at the Villa are outstanding and the food the best we’ve ever experienced. The service was extraordinary - friendly, helpful, professional, and personal. The surrounding countryside and the local villages are wonderful to cycle around and very safe. The courtesy transport is exceptional. Overall, fabulous value for money and we will definitely be coming back.

The open-air hot-spring bath at Fudoguchikan is available 24 hours, and separate per gender. The ryokan also houses a lounge, a shop and drinks vending machines. A variety of yukata robes are available for rent, and free parking is on site. One of the most magical places I’ve stayed. Extraordinary onsen, service and walk through a primordial woods to the temple.

Featuring a large Japanese garden and natural hot-spring baths, Nanten-En Ryokan offers traditional luxury in a beautiful natural setting. The air-conditioned rooms have tatami flooring and Japanese-style futon beds. We had a wonderful welcome from all the staff which helped us relax a lot after traveling in the rain all day. The room and food were amazing! We loved the view from our room and also the view in the onsen. I'd love to stay here again!

I really loved how spacious the room was. It had its own bathroom and an awesome view of the river. There was plenty of room to stash our bags too. Despite being in a super touristy spot, I had a great night without any outside noise. They even hooked us up with yukatas, which my brother and husband totally rocked for a dip in the onsen. What I also adored was the traditional Japanese vibe of the place. Wish I could've stayed longer and soaked in that view from the room.

The property features garden and inner courtyard views, and is 3.1 km from Panasonic Museum. The ryokan has parking on-site, a public bath and a 24-hour front desk. This is a fantastic place if you want to take some time to relax and take it slow, outside of the busy parts of Osaka. The best part our experience were the hosts, who were a lovely couple, very eager to help with anything, from restaurant recommendations to a lift to a train station. The second best part were the baths - it may seem weird at first that there are no bathrooms inside rooms (except for a sink), but that incentivises the use of the baths, which are for private use and were truly a highlight.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful surrounding nature, which added to the tranquil atmosphere.
