They took care of us very well. The ladies are the nicest people ever. The breakfast was delicious the rooms and the beds, really comfy. The views were spectacular. Everything was clean and well organised. We asked where can we rent kimonos, and they gave us great recommendations. I will come back for sure if I visit Japan again! The nearest airport is Osaka Itami Airport, 39 km from the property. This felt like less of a hotel stay and more of an experience as a whole. If you are exploring Nara I would recommend taking at least a day to just enjoy this hotel stay. We were greeted by extremely friendly staff who helped us with every little thing, from taking our luggage to ordering a taxi for our departure. We were served luxurious meals for dinner and breakfast in our room, by staff who set our table and made our bed. The location was magical with beautiful nature and deers roaming around outside. They had an amazing natural hot spring bath as well. Would warmly recommend this place.

Dropped our luggage, and the hotel is right at the entrance of the park. The staff is very polite and we had a wonderful tradiontal Japanese breakfast.

They are fitted with air conditioning and a safe. The most incredible setting!The room was absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious and the service exceptional!

The japanese room was spacious and beautiful. The outdoor area of the onsen with garden was stunning. The location was fantastic right next to Nara park, a subway station, and a shopping street.
