The spacious room was great with 3 futons for 2 adults and 1 year old baby, clean and great bathroom with all amenities you need! Onsen was great too! What I loved the most is the staff and breakfast! The staff was so kind, so adorable, such a nice people I’ve never met in my life before, they made our stay wonderful! Thank you for the birthday cake for our baby! Thank you for chef for delicious breakfasts, and breakfasts every day is different) I miss the place and would love to come back next year!) highly recommended ryokan!

The staff was very friendly even though I had a lot of questions. Dinner at the restaurant was great! The room was clean and sleeping on the futons was not as uncomfortable as we thought. The hotel was a bit far from Gion and Kyoto station, but it is in a very peaceful area close to a small stream. I opted for the Japanese breakfast, which was delivered to my room by a friendly member of staff. The food itself was delicious. I also enjoyed using the cyprus bathtub that came with my room. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day of walking around Kyoto. The location is quiet and beautiful; perfect for someone looking for relaxation and taking in the sights of Kyoto. I would definitely recommend this establishment and I hope to visit again soon!

It provides a tour desk and a bar on the ground floor. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Hotel was so Beautiful. Staff were very friendly, helpful and all spoke amazing English :). The breakfasts were delicious - you have a choice for 4 types. We used the private onsen which was very relaxing. The location of the hotel was perfect

Seikoro Ryokan is located in Kyoto, a 7-minute drive from JR Kyoto Station. Featuring traditional Japanese-style accommodation, it offers a public bath and massage services. Free Wi-Fi access is available at the entire property. Amazing service from the lovely staff. The meals were all delicious and presented really well. Public onsen was relaxing and view of the garden from our room was very picturesque. In a very convenient location with the subway around the corner.

Some units in the ryokan have private entrance and are equipped with wardrobe and tatami. Units are complete with a private bathroom, while certain units at the ryokan also provide guests with a seating area. The hotel is so beautiful and peaceful you almost don't want to leave. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We had the shabu shabu dinner and 2 Japanese style breakfasts which were cooked right in front of us by the lovely staff who we really enjoyed talking to. The location was only a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station but in a relatively quiet location, which was very much appreciated after the busy tourist spots of Kyoto. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely be returning if we are ever in Kyoto again.

And the private Hotspring in the evening was delightful.
