The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, our waitress for our dinner was very fun to converse with, along with everyone else we spoke with. The dinner was very well made, the facilities were beautiful, and our rooms were everything we could’ve asked for. The location is also excellent in the middle of everything, allowing for an easy walk around Kurokawa.

Minshuku Asogen, a property with a garden, is situated in Aso, 29 km from Egao Kenko Stadium Kumamoto, 38 km from Kumamoto Castle, as well as 38 km from Suizenji Park. The property is located 39 km from Hosokawa Residence Gyobutei, 8.8 km from Mount Aso and 29 km from KK Wings. The ryokan features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Best Japan experience so far. Everything was great, from the room, the food (dinner + breakfast), the private onsen rooms till the parking in from of the hotel. The welcome was very friendly and relaxed. Everything was explained very clearly.

The property is pretty much hidden in the mountains and only accessible by car. The rooms are spacious and feel luxurious. We stayed in the house with both indoor and outdoor private onsen and it was lifechanging.

Location. Stunning view and atmosphere. Sympathy from the staff. Kudos for Shujan for his kindness and informative interaction. Amazing food experience.

A variety of Japanese shochu liquor, wines and other drinks can be enjoyed at bar Kura. It was excellent! It was the highlight of our trip! Everything was amazing and very relaxing. Excellent location, accommodation, Onsen, staff, food, everything!

Located in Minami Aso in the Kumamoto Region, 10 km from Naka-dake, Hotel Yumeshizuku boasts a hot spring bath and sauna.

Guests with a dinner-inclusive rate are served a Japanese kaiseki multi-course meal. The main menu consists of a grilled beef on a lave plate. The views and location were sublime.
