The property has sea and quiet street views, and is 10 km from Enkoji Temple. The ryokan features parking on-site, a hot tub and a shared kitchen. Dinner and breakfast were good and delicious. The owner was very kind to fetch me from the station in the evening and he drove me back to the station in the morning in the rain which was much appreciated by me.

If you would like to discover the area, cycling and hiking are possible in the surroundings and the ryokan can arrange a bicycle rental service. The host was friendly. Cool observatory and knowledgeable staff! Managed to capture milky way and stars in the car park area. Just a short drive up, a good place for sunrise and sea of clouds in the morning. Not the easiest hotel to get to, but certainly worth the time up to stay here. Make sure you get up before the sun goes down.

Featuring an open-air bath and views of city, Jyoseikan is a ryokan situated in a historic building in Kochi, 34 km from Daizen-ji Temple. Private parking is available on site. The accommodation provides a sauna, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Room was spacious. Ofuro bath was good. Breakfast was superb, Guests were assigned to sit together at a reserved table without our need to go and look around for a table for 6 persons. Staff service was excellent.

The hotel room is one of the best traditional japanese style rooms that I have stayed in, and had everything I could've possibly wanted from a hotel in Japan. From the onsen on the top floor, tea for morning enjoyment, clean bathroom, and tons of space for all my items, this hotel has got you covered.

All rooms have a seating area, an LCD TV and a small fridge. Yukata robes are provided, while the attached bathroom comes with toiletries. The Japanese room was spacious. The breakfast very good. Lots of great options of western and Japanese food. Delicious!

The ryokan features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Traditional Japanese hotel whose owners/staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The food was incredible and they were more than happy to cater for my food allergies. We had great company and conversation with other guests with using our basic Japanese and via google translate. A beautiful setting.

Room is big enough, good parking, good environment. Good public bath.

The futon is comfortable and the shower is very good. We had to beautiful kimonos to wear and rest. He are pilgrims from Shikoku88 and we highly recommend.
