Room was spacious, very clean, very accessible from Gora Station. Such a lovely journey to get to Gora Station up the mountain on the train line. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Onsen was great, especially being tattoo friendly was a bonus!

The stay was pretty much perfect. We booked the use of private onsen, wich was super clean and organized. Great location and phenomenal landscapes from the terrace. Meals (breakfast and dinner) with great variety of options and the food was delicious. The room was also very good and comfy. It´s next to the lake, cable car and boat ride.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal.

The place had its own 3 onsens for its guests. There was also entertainment of various types along with massage chairs for guests to use. The staff was super friendly and was able to communicate with guests.
