The units in the ryokan are fitted with a kettle. There is a private bathroom with bidet in some units, along with slippers, a hair dryer and free toiletries. All units will provide guests with air conditioning, a safety deposit box and a flat-screen TV. This place was incredible, perfectly located, huge room with a nice view. The onsen /sauna in the hotel.i great. Most importantly is how I was welcomed and treated by Miki, the owner. A homemade pudding was waiting for me . I highly recommend this place!!!

All the staff are polite, helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast was tasty and like an art. Room was comfortable and clean. The 24-hour self service coffee and juice bar was a great bonus. Just wanted to say all good reviews by previous travelers are 100% accurate.

The ladies that greeted us were so adorable, the room vas spacious and very clean. We could choose the color of yukata and we could go to town and public onsens in it, also had baskets for towels. Breakfast is another experience in privet room that has a view on small garden. And charming older lady serves breakfast with many delicious thing in small plates. location for us vas perfect, ryokan is close to the Otaki no yu onsen, which we loved the most, and to Yubatake is 13 minutes walk.

Food was amazing and interesting, the staff was exceptional in every way, the hot springs was beautiful and relaxing and the hotel itself is like a fairy tale.

A wooden building stemming from 100 years ago, the property breathes a historical atmosphere. This place is just on the top of my ranking. A real Japanese experience with all the necessary detail to make the stay unforgettable. The different baths super clean and with history. The meals offered were delightful. And the environment just as needed, calm, serene and peaceful.
