We have been in so many full board resorts in Japan. Here is the best home cooked breakfast. Better than namy luxurious resort in the region. Love the wooden floor of the hotel, it creative & unique. The host was best, friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to her new resort near by.

This 2-star ryokan provides a spa experience, with its hot spring bath and public bath. The property offers allergy-free units and is located 11 km from Gappo Park. Very nice ryokan, with good private and public onsen available. The room was more than enough, with fresh towels and yukata each day I stayed. The staff were very nice, and I was able to ask them about certain things with combinations of English, Japanese and translation apps. I got injured before coming here sp the location is a bit far away from things, but very close to the station (2 minutes?). Note: not a negative as I chose this location because of the location originally.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and ski equipment rentals can be arranged. Staffs are very helpful. We arrived slightly early on the first day, the staff helped to speedily prepare the room and allowed us early check-in. Dinners on the two nights were different and both were good. Free shuttle bus service to Hakkoda Ropeway is out of our expectation. Scenery at the backyard near the shrine was amazing especially around 3 to 4pm before the sunset (14 Oct).

This place is amazing, the staff is lovely, located in walking distance to the casttle,to restaurants and konbinis . There is a private bath, tattoo friendly, free to use. And the price was so cheap. I highly recommend to stay there!

Very satisfied with our stay here while driving around in the area — the inn was a very calm and relaxing place with several amazing baths with different temperatures (cold, warm, warmer), and the kaiseki meal was delicious!
