Rooms are clean with good facilities, though a bit small as expected. The bed is comfortable. Private hot baths on the roof top are nicely designed to fit the needs of different people/families. We enjoyed them so very much. Staff are very helpful and attentive. We were not used to eat raw eggs and leave them untouched on the breakfast table in the first morning. In the next morning, no more raw eggs were seen, but each of us was served with a fried egg! Really appreciate their attentiveness to details and commitment to provide good service with heart.

Our Japanese room is with seaview and with stunning sunset view, comfortable mattress, room is spacious and clean, very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a hot bath on the top floor, guest can book each 1 hour section for private use, it is very good and relaxing, we like this very much. The breakfast is fresh baked Croissant, milk, juice, egg and coffee which is very delicious. There are 3 parking spaces @ 1500 yen, first come first serve, very convenient if you can have one. It is walking distance to 江之島, the location is super good. We like this hotel in every aspect. Well done.

We loved the traditional Japanese feel of accomodation whilst having an abundance of modern amenities (bathroom amenities, replacement towels and bottled water, hairdryer, curler and straightener, coffee and kettle, mini fridge). The accommodation was very clean and well maintained and our party of 4 (two adults and two teenage boys) enjoyed being the only guests. Use of the sauna was lovely of an evening during the winter and having breakfast included in the lovely modern restaurant downstairs was a great - the choice of either western or Japanese breakfast suited out teenage boys and both options were lovely. The location is close to the local electric rail station and walking distance to an abundance of cafe’s, restaurants and shops as well as the Great Buddha, Hasedera Temple, Goryo Shrine and of course the beach. We loved being immersed in the local neighbourhood whilst being so close to all of the above. The staff were all friendly and attentive would we highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything about this jewel in Yokohama was perfect. Everything the weary traveller might need is available. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location of the accommodation was central to places we wished to visit either on foot or via public transport - access to the subway was immediately across the road from the hotel with the local train station a mere 5 minutes walk away facilitating our return trip to the airport.

The location was perfect. Such a good place, and for so cheap! The morning breakfast was delicious!

Beautiful room in a nice location. The in-suite private onsen and room layout were very well thought out. Plenty of great options for food nearby and a relatively quiet and low-traffic area.

Kamakura COCON features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 1.5 km of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine and 20 km of Sankeien.

The hotel was wonderful, we couldn‘t wish for more. The staff was very attentive and helped us with everything. They even picked us up and brought us back to the train station and drove us to a nearby sightseeing spot without extra charge. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! This place was really an exceptional experience. The Japanese style room is really spacious and clean, the futon bed is made for you every day and it had a great view of Mount Fuji. Staff is extremely helpful and the breakfast is a real positive experience. The two onsen are beautifully decorated. The staff was happy to read my allergy card and adapt the breakfast menu to gluten free.
