Baths are like something from a dream - perfect temperature, beautiful views, the outdoor bath in the snow was particularly incredible. Staff are also extremely friendly and many native English speakers are employed for those who can’t speak Japanese.

The entire experience was wonderful, totally unique, like nothing we've ever done before. The food was amazing, I am vegetarian and they made an extra special effort to make sure that I had just as good food as my meat and fish eating husband. The onsens were great, very relaxing.

Very clean, quiet and peaceful ryokan. Centrally located, short walk to restaurants and Yubatake. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were all very kind and helpful.
