This SPA hotel is awesome. We loved the place, our room and the onsen. The staff was amazing, very very kind and helpful. They offered us a free shuttle service to the train station and they kindly provided us with an excellent vegetarian/vegan dinner and breakfast. Really nice place for relaxing and having a break. I loved everything, the traditional setting, the hot Onsen, the Staff were very welcoming, they changed my room because I was not satisfied, they showed flexibility. The breakfast was tasty with a lot of choises. The snacks and drinks in the lounge was a very nice touch. I will definitely come again. The shuttle bus that picked me up!
