We love our 3-night stay at Ryokan O! All the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room is spacious, the room and all the facilities are spotless clean. They have a water machine (hot and cold water) on both floor, as well as a washing machine for laundry on second floor, which is good for travellers like us on long journeys. Location is perfect, close to bus stops and train stations, and quite some good choices of estaurants around the area, did I mention a super market close to the accommodation?! This stay is beyond our expectation! Thank you once again Ryokan O!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms had a lot of space and comfortable futon. Nice little onsen as well. Everything was so neat and tidy.

We loved the onsen - large, amazing and clean. The room was very nice, futons very comfortable.

It’s kinda quirky and has an onsen. Nice location. Spacious rooms.

Everything about this ryokan is exceptional. Elegant, personal and heartwarming. The service is probably the best I've experienced in Japan; it's personalised, helpful and friendly, without feeling overbearing. The food is absolutely amazing and the dining experience feels like you're being transported to a traditional, authentic Japan, which is a rare thing for modern ryokans to achieve. The onsen is also outstanding; the water quality, the facilities, the cleanliness, the atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous time staying here. The husband and wife who ran the guest house were very friendly and helpful. The guest house was beautiful and so too was the food. We spent two nights there and could not have been happier. The town of Iwamura is very interesting and very peaceful. I highly recommend.

Amazing typical Japanese ryokan but very modern and luxurious. Amenities were great especially the onsen (natural bath) with an outside one very great. Food buffet was also very premium for diner and breakfast. Easy to access by bus or car, they also organize shuttle bus. Really recommend.
