Very pretty, very tasty. We stayed for two nights it was very relaxing! There were a bigger room available and we were upgraded for free. But the smaller room was also very nice. The views from windows are very nice. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Private onsen in the rooms is also amazing. Would love to come back. The beds (on the floor) and the pillows were very comfortable.

The food was amazing - traditional Japanese style but on a fancy side. The place had everything needed there. There was hot water all the time, room had private toilet and sink. We loved kotatsu, as the day was cold and it was pleasant to sit around it and get warm. All the staff were amazing, very helpful, very polite and professional. The onsen was also great, it is simple onsen and there are 4 private rooms to choose from. Water was just perfect.

Nice hotel at the foothills of Mt. Aso. It is clean, staff is kind and attentive. We asked them if we can leave the luggage at the hotel before the check-in time and they stored it for us and brought to the room. We appreciate that we got a Japanese style room which was very nice and comfortable. The onsen and sauna were great. Excellent breakfast and dinner, a lot of choices.

The dinner and breakfast were both excellent. The room was super comfortable and my kids had lots of fun with the Jaccuzi! We like the small Azo town, too.
