We had an exceptional experience Futari Shizuka. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely Japanese ladies who personally showed us to our rooms and made tea for us, and offered local Japanese snacks. We had a lovely chat, albeit limited English from them. Dinner and breakfast were served in a private room, food and service were awesome! We had a birthday celebration and they prepared a lovely cake for us. We had such a wonderful stay that we are still reminiscing weeks after our trip.

The property felt very cozy and not too touristic. It’s very close to several beautiful hikes and sceneries.

Yugo the manager and all the staff where so helpful. Even picked us up directly from the supermarket. There is a free shuttle to the station back and forth. The hotel has an amazing onsan!!! We loved finishing our day in the hot water. Free coffee or tea 24/7. Very big room.

The rooms were big and had everything for a comfortable stay. The onsen was small but nice. The view and surroundings were super pretty. We came late in the evening and every restaurant was closed. The receptionist offered to take as to a conbini after his turn was done, so nice🥹 ありがとう！

Very helpful and attentive staff, they helped us figure out our itinerary and timings so we would be able to make the most of the day and be back in time for our meals. The food was amazing and delicious traditional Japanese meals made from local seasonal ingredients. Presentation and experience eating was great. Good selection and variety of drinks.
