This is a beautiful hotel, clean, and with very friendly staff. It has private onsens as well as female and male ones. It's about a 10 min walk from the ski field and 5 mins from the bus station. The rooms are well heated and come with private bathrooms.

The Rokan place is very clean. The host was very friendly and easy-going, showing our family around to all the facilities in the place.
