This place is awesome. It is very close to Kawaguchiko station. You can literally walk. The service is awesome. The check in and check out was smooth. The room was great. The service was great. The onsen, bath, and Mt Fuji view were astonishing. We loved every minute of our stay. It is so close to the lake. There is a free shuttle to the station and service is great. The breakfast had a plenty of choices of traditional and non traditional food. The dinner ceremony and variety were amazing. We loved our experience. We get a feel of Japanese culture in this hotel.

Unforgettable. Property is in the town but for a luxury japenese experience this place is unparalleled.This super luxurious property is in the town so be aware of that . But it’s an oasis worth visiting . Escape to a world of its own . We booked a loft view room with spectacular views of Mount Fuji . The staff are amazing . Breakfast is an experience and even though we are Halaal and required a vegetarian breakfast it was no issue

We had an exceptional stay at Konohanakan! The staff are brilliant and very attentive; we felt very well taken care of during our entire stay. The language barrier is no issue as we were able to communicate easily using Google translate when needed. The entire apartment is sparkling clean and beautifully presented with great amenities. The view of Mt. Fuji is breathtaking and the private onsen was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We visited Oshino Hakkai (the "Eight Seas of Oshino") in the local area which is well worth a visit. It is only about a 20 minute walk from the ryokan. We had dinner and breakfast included in our stay which was a huge highlight for us! The food was delicious and wonderfully presented. Everything about our stay was impressive, and we can't wait to come back.

Amazing view of Mt fuji and the lady was the friendliess person I've ever met. She helped us find local things to do and took car of all our needs. Our room was hot but the instructions on opening the window to cool the room worked perfectly. The hot spring part was excellent. During our stay we were the only ones in there and there was really no restricitons on if you had a tattoo or not that I saw. Traditional breakfast was amazing. It felt like an authentic experience from top to bottom. I wish they taught how to properly make tea though but nothing a little googling can help.

This was our best stay during our Japan trip. We were warned in advance when booking the stay that there will repairs undergoing during our stay. The only limitation for us were covered windows by scaffolding. Otherwise the service was perfect. I would recommend the stay there also for great experience during Japanese dinners and breakfasts which were served to us.

It’s traditional Japanese style room. We like it so much. You can see the Mountain FUJI just outside the window. It’s so amazing. The space in the room is really big. And it’s comfortable. Please book the room includes breakfast if you are considering staying here, because the Japanese style breakfast is so so so good! It’s the best breakfast we ever had in hotel. Specially thanks to the hotel staff! Because it was my birthday, the staff MIKA prepared birthday cake secretly for me which make us so surprised. She and another young man staff are both perfessional and so kind.
