Amazing onsen both in the room and public, stunning lake view from the lounge, free tea and croissants that were not even advertised, shuttle to JR station, just generally a very elegant and cozy vibe. One of the best ryokans I ever stayed at.

Lovely staff - always smiley and helpful. There weren't many guests so they served is an amazing omakase dinner and breakfast. The onsen was lovely to wind down from the cold weather.

The hotel is breathtaking. Wow the view is a million dollar view. Get the room with a view it’s really worth it. The staff’s are very friendly and good service. I wish we stayed more days. One night wasn’t enough.

Very nice boutique hotel , only has 6 room , modern design , though room a bit dark ..very comfortable , good f a relax vacation , close to the lake only 6 min walk , Staff r very very nice , helpful , n professional, deliver the warmest hospitality to guests , appreciated his effort 😃 food r excellent ,, they offer free ice cream after dinner , very tasty 😋

The staff are sooo friendly and helpful! They are always happy to answer all the questions about the transportation and the ice festival! You may just share your plan with them and they can get you back with the best arrangement! The room is cosy and comfortable with an incredible view.
