The environment is so peaceful, calm and relaxing. It’s very near to lake Shikotsu. Definitely a great choice to away from city hustle bustle. I feel so much refreshed and recharged after the stay. Staff are very friendly and warm, and surprisingly they can address my name when I first walk into the hotel. The room is with a Japanese tatami sitting area where is my favourite area. The bed is so comfortable and i had a good night sleep.

The hotel is breathtaking. Wow the view is a million dollar view. Get the room with a view it’s really worth it. The staff’s are very friendly and good service. I wish we stayed more days. One night wasn’t enough.

Perfect location - a few minutes' walk to Lake Shikotsu and the Visitor Centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner featured local ingredients and the after-dinner gelato was delicious!
