This place is an absolute dream come true! Every detail was perfection, from the serene surroundings to the fantastic design. Loved strolling around with the provided pyjamas and the private onsen. The dinner was a wonderful culinary experience with top-quality ingredients. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Perfectly located near Atami, it's an ideal retreat. If I could, I'd give it more than 10 stars. Just perfect!

Probably the best hotel we ever stayed in. Outstanding view, staff goes above and beyond and the food was such high quality & beautifully arranged! We had breakfast and dinner (Kaiseki) twice and both was plenty (dinner around 7 courses?). We advise on coming hungry!

From the collection from the station to being dropped off to the station, the service was immaculate. The staff genuinely care and made us feel very welcome. The property is very well organised. We had dinner on the first night which was a great experience. Breakfast was also very good and it was nice to try traditional Japanese cuisine. The rooms were great and very spacious and the private onsen was perfect with a lovely view of Atami town and the bay.

The ryokan is tucked away behind some large hotels adjacent to one of the 7 natural springs of Atami. The room has a view of a small garden and is shielded from the buildings around it, providing a small haven with its outdoor bathing areas (both the private bath right outside the room and the public one). The water itself is splendid and we could feel its soothing effects straight away. The room is very spacious. Beyond the two tatami rooms there is a western-like space with lounge chairs and a coffee table. Both dinner and breakfast are kaiseki (multi-course), so expect them to take longer than simple meals. Both meals favor fish or seafood quite a lot. The meals are both served in the room. Overall it was a unique experience. The service was impeccable as we always had spring water or hot tea available in the room. The host would also bring us fresh matcha on occasion, either before breakfast or when we came back to the hotel.

Talk about a vibey place, very comfortable and large rooms with great views from the outdoor baths. The ryokan itself has a charm to it that makes it fun to walk through in the late hours as well. The food was good but unfortunately my fiance had a stomach bug and couldn't partake as much in the meals, but they were very supportive and understanding of the situation.

Excellent location, easy to get to from the station. It’s a beautiful ryokan. Onsen with views of the ocean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was quiet even though my room was facing the main road. Both breakfast and dinner was excellent. They had a great selection of nihonshu. The staff were well versed in their knowledge of nihonshu and recommended a few to try with my dinner.
