I got sick during the night after some overseas travel, and the reception staff offered to help me out in any way they could. I appreciate that very much. Also, other building staff members were very cheerful in our interactions with them. The rooms looked renovated and were very tidy. Very comfortable beds and nice furnishings.

Just 2 blocks away from the famed shopping, dining and entertainment on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this luxury hotel towers above the city in a skyscraper designed by renowned architect Mies van der Rohe, offering upscale amenities and stylish comfort in the heart of downtown Chicago. Had an amazing champagne tea when we first arrived. Bar experience was great. Used the peloton in the fitness room - appreciated you had those there!
