I am a professional hotelier, and my Asian resort, Plantation Bay, “a Real Resort with a Real Spa”, also serves top-quality steaks including Japanese A5 and USDA Prime, so I have some expertise on this subject. For $70 Zenith offers a 16 ounce ribeye that was carefully charbroiled (not infrared cooked), delivering the characteristic rich sweetness of top-quality American beef. I’ve eaten at many renowned steakhouses around the US (Niku, Peter Luger, CUT), and Zenith’s beef is better, at a 30% lower price.

Debbie and Mark are amazing host and the food was amazing. The property was immaculate and perfect in every way.
