Almost 3 mins away from the main beach/market and right in front of the windmills. You’ll have to take a taxi though if you have children with you to get to the main beach which will charge 150 lira which is the minimum in Bodrum.

The hotel offers a wide range of activities from diving to paragliding. The hotel is located in a very beautiful place, the beach & the sea are outstanding. This is the hotel that has everything on its premises so one doesn't even need to go out. The staff, the food and the activities, everything is just excellent. Totally worth it, despite the higher price.

The hotel facilities are amazing, everything was wonderful. We were in a family room they have changed our room accordingly with our booking to partial sea view. The room space was very reasonable, the only thing that they don’t put iron in rooms but Dogan helped us with this issue also offered us complementary dinner on A La cart restaurant. Special thanks to all the kitchen tuff specially Nehal the Omelette station lady also all the restaurant people they are very welcoming with their great smile. The food was amazing. The beach is amazing the water sports wonderful. Everything was as a dream. For sure we will plan it again to Jiva beach resort.

Situated in the beautiful Kabak Bay, Avalon Bungalows offers spectacular views of the Aegean Sea. The property offers an infinity pool and air-conditioned rooms in wooden bungalows, a 20-minute walk from the beach. It was an amazing experience in super quiet and private place with magical view. Thanks a lot all staff who makes your holiday more comfortable and lovely. My recommendation to take room with dinner, special thank to the cook for the delicious meals.
