Saikaew Resort is a 5-minute drive from Sunday Walking Street and a 15-minute ride from Chiang Rai Airport. Wat Chiang Yuan is located 1 km away. On-site parking is provided. The room was even better and bigger than expected from the photos. Really nice peaceful place to stay offering bike rental making it really easy to get around. Food was also really nice and really really affordable. Breakfast was basic but help yourself which was amazing for us when wanting to get off nice and early!

The homestay also provides an indoor pool and a hot tub for guests to relax in. For guests with children, Na Na Doo Homestay offers an indoor play area. Guests can swim in the plunge pool, go cycling or relax in the garden. The owner was really friendly and helpful. She has a heart of gold. She has tried her best to make our stay pleasant. I really liked her love and compassion for stray rabbits. The most amazing part is she just don’t pet the rabbits because she likes to, but she adopts this rabbits those are really sick and people throw away into roads. She has almost 40+ rabbits inside the hotel. She has made separate homes for these rabbits. Breakfast was limited items but again worth every penny. Food was excellent and cheap. Yes the only disadvantage is it’s a little bit far away from mainroad. but you can hire grab easily from the hotel. So transportation is not a problem. I would suggest everyone to stay there if you are traveling chiang rai especially if you love rabbits.

Location was good - on a quiet alley away from the noise. 20 min walk to the bazaar and main centre area. Staff were friendly and helpfully recommended a good laundry nearby.

Its three-level outdoor pool overlooks the Mae Kok River, while its Parvati spa provides massage treatments. The location and the outside were so great ! Very big room comfortable and nice decorated. The staff was smiling and gentle. All the hotel was nice decorated specially the reception. We could walk around in the large garden with old trees. There were two wonderful restaurants. The breakfast was exceptional with all you can want to eat : fresh juices, local cooking but also western one. Even gluten and lactose free !
