Set in a building from 1895, Stora Hotellet's individually decorated guest rooms all offer views over the town and river. Each has ironing facilities and a safe. The location was very convenient. Everything was easily accessible by walking - shopping, restaurants, bus and train stations. The breakfast was exceptional. The hours were reasonable, the selection was great, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere of the hotel was great. It was an older building, but obviously had been completely updated, so it had a lot of character but was very comfortable. The eating area was in a large glass covered courtyard that really added to the experience.

This hotel is by Stadsparken, 300 metres from Skellefteå Bus Station. It offers free sauna and Wi-Fi access. All rooms have an LCD TV with cable channels.

Each room at Comfort Hotel Skellefteå includes a work desk and a private bathroom with shower or bathtub. The room was comfortable and the staff was very nice. The parking was underground and free up to 9 o’clock am.

This stylish design hotel is directly opposite Umeå Central Station. It offers free Wi-Fi, and an Italian-American restaurant. All rooms have Carpe Diem beds, tea/coffee facilities and a 42-inch flat-screen TV. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Facilities were very cleaned, cozy decor, quick late check in. Holmen is set in Sorsele and features a terrace and a shared lounge. The property has mountain and lake views. The bed and breakfast also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Very cozy small B&B with nice modern and comfy rooms. The British owner couple (gotta love a good British accent!) is very friendly and takes good care of the place and their guests. Breakfast small but plenty and more then adequate for the low price. There is free outside parking right next to the house. Thanks a lot for the lovely stay!

Blackout curtains, lots of sockets near the bed. Very clean. Temperature in the room is great. Bedding and beds great quality and comfortable.

Guests can use the sauna, or enjoy inner courtyard views. It was really cosy, old-fashioned in a good way, and it was quiet.
