Within 5 minutes’ walk of Växjö Station and the main street, Storgatan, this family-run property offers good-value accommodation and a dining room with microwave and refrigerator. We stayed at Hotel Esplanade for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean, and offers a welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the town centre—and the free parking was a big plus. The service was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight was the breakfast in the morning, which was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This family-owned hotel is centrally located in the coastal town of Västervik, only 150 metres from the Västervik train station. It offers free Wi-Fi access. All as expected. The receptionist was very polite and quickly found a convenient place to lock our bicycles in. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is very well located - a mere 5 min walk takes you to Västervik waterfront. Make sure to book "Junior Suite with King Bed" rather than "Superior Double Room". We stayed at both within a few days, and the former has a much bigger bathroom and a remote control for adjusting your bed stiffness. Well worth the few extra kronor!

Set in natural surroundings overlooking Lake Vättern and Visingsö Island, this hotel is 8 minutes’ drive from Gränna Harbour. A charming old house with a magnificent lake view. Book a room in the main building and enjoy the historical atmosphere and beautifully decorated rooms. The staff are very friendly. Dinner is good in a beautiful dining room.

The restaurant offered a good variety of tasty food, and the staff were always friendly, smiling, and helpful. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the reception team was welcoming and quick to assist. Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

This eco-friendly hotel, about 400 metres from Västervik Central Station, is located on the waterfront. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
