Close (by car) to the city centre (not even 5 minutes) and to the main roads DN 18/18B. Great price performance ratio. Friendly and communicative owner, even though we didn't meet her she briefed us prior to our arrival via what's app and gave us every detail necessary for our stay and check in.

Alpina Deluxe is in a great scenic location in Moisei with easy access to hiking trails in the Rodna National Park. We had a cute little room with an outdoor balcony that had wonderful views of the valleys and sunset. Breakfast was offered every morning and dinner was available for purchase in the evenings, The Moisei Monastery is a 15 minute walk and worth visiting.

Breakfast was amazing with various dishes and beverages. The fact that the venue had parking was exceptional, as well as elevator in case you are bringing a lot of luggage. The staff was very pleasant and kind. Overall, if I happen to visit Baia Mare again, this would be my go-to location.
