Small, well-kept hotel, large and very clean room, comfortable bed. Ideal location for walking to the centre and free parking right outside the hotel door. Wonderful reception staff!

Situated just 600 metres from Palace Duques de Bragança, Dom José Alojamentos by Guestify features accommodation in Guimarães with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a lift. The property features garden and city views, and is 500 metres from Salado Memorial. The guest house has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Typical building in the middle of everything. Aircon was a plus on a 39C heat. Staff very helpful and had lot of good tips too.

All rooms have access to a balcony with views of the UNESCO's World Heritage Site of Douro Valley and include a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Certain rooms feature a seating area where you can relax, and guests are welcome to use the shared lounge. The owners went out of their way to be helpful and efficient - very nice people. We loved the pool and surrounding decks and the view of the river Douro was spectacular. A very nice breakfast was offered in a very pleasant room with the same wonderful view.

Beautiful place if you are traveling in north Portugal and the huge plus is the 3 minutes walk from the hotel to the adventure park. Hotel is lovely with an amazing outdoor pool, great service, option for a chef dinner that we enjoyed. we took the suite room and the only issue with that is the bed, which was too soft for us and not really comfortable. Area is so green and great for hiking.
