Room Service ( food ) was quick & well prepared although I thought the coleslaw could have been a bigger portion.
staff were super attentive .
I like that access to the hotel was controlled as the hotel is in close proximity to the (in)famous Walking Street.
I likd that the quality of the hotel actually "caught me by surprise" and after many years traveling to the Phillpines I am sorry i did not find this GEM of an HOTEL sooner.

We booked a jacuzzi suite which was large and nice.
Location is great for walking around. Close to many restaurants, the mall, and Walking Street.
Staff are really good. They responded immediately to all requests. We definitely felt we were staying in a nice hotel.
