The hotel is beautiful, you have different terasses, one common kitchen, The rooms are cosy, comfortable and clean, with good AC. Breakfast (supplement) is very good and served on the terasse in the morning. We could do early check-in (supplement to pay) because we arrived at 7am, and we could let our backpacks in a safe place the last day, before leaving for our next destination. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. They really care about their hosts and do everything so you feel at ease. The area around is very popular, so do not hesitate to take a Grab at night or the metro (during the day), but the place is closed with a guardian at the entrance and a barrier, so no problem :)

All guest rooms are designated as non-smoking. breakfast was great I arrived with my sister after she had a knee injury. The staff were very helpful and warm. Free Wi-Fi access is available in the entire hotel, while complimentary parking is provided on site. Breakfast was great. The service was amazing. We are from Fiji (known for our friendliness) but the service at Raffles Makati exceeded our expectations.

Free WiFi is available in all areas and free private parking is available at the property. Everything was enjoyable. From the storage space to the city view to the large double beds to the washroom. Staff was helpful 24/7 too. I have no complaints about this hotel as it does provide a free shuttle bus to the Mall of Asia every hour. This hotel is a must especially if you are not from Philippines, but also staying for a bit or for a layover. The professionalism is beyond what you expect so don't be scared and make this a top choice!
