When it comes to Shangrila there's no doubt regarding anything staff is really polite and helpful, room is good with good view, Parking is also there and its very near from airport, beach is really big and you can have your private space if you want, they have a lot of activities through out the day, breakfast was really good in Tides restaurant.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Lovely suite with kitchenette, sofa and TV. Washing machine in the room. (small charge to use). Short walk to Lapu Lapu shrine. Church, 7/11, taxi rank, bus terminal, supermarket, McDonald's and places to eat very near. Lovely, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

The saxophone at night was awesome.
Breakfast was great... especially the Philippines.
Staff were lovely, helpful and knowledgeable.
Pools are great, and the diving course was made simple, switching from the pool straight to the ocean and back.
Always usually like staying there, never a problem. But they apparently upgraded us to a room where the air conditioning wasn't working properly. We were going to move to another room, but I checked it out, and the air conditioner wasn't working well there either. The staff, as always, were fantastic. I'm sure it won't happen again and I'd still recommend staying there.. plus they did compense us.
The location to the airport was good, around a 15 min drive. However the actual location would maybe not be great for a long stay. Its really a night before or night after a flight type of area. The property had a nice charm to it, with pleasant reception and upstairs seating.
The staff were very nice.
The breakfast was simple and tasty.
All in all considering the price, is was a lovely little stay.
