Special shout out to the owner, Tula who is very helpful and chatty. She stored our luggage and got our laundry sorted while we were at Machu Picchu. Also, my sis forgot her important meds and she immediately sent the same all the way to cusco. N finally will miss my fav kitty, Nitty.

Everything was amazing, the staff are lovely, the hotel has a beautiful mountain view, is tidy, breakfast is fresh and delicious, the room is spacious, clean, bed and hot shower are great after a long day walking and wondering around the sacred valley. When we arrived Alex made us feel like home and we really felt home at Tierra Inka and we’ll definitely be back :)

Located in a tranquil environment, rooms at Pisac Inn have colourful walls and hardwood floors. Each features a private bathroom. Linen is included. The location is superb. Right on the main square close to a ton of great cafes, restaurants and shops. The rooms are small but super cute and beautifully decorated. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I was only planning to stay a couple of nights but I extended because I liked Pisac and the Pisac Inn so much.

Tambo del Inka, a luxury establishment located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, is the only hotel in Urubamba that has a private train station with connections to Machu Picchu. The property has a swimming pool and spa. This was our second time to go to this hotel. I like so much the rooms, the huge common spaces and the wellness. The coffee machine in the room is a real extra. We traveld to Machu Picchu with the train (from the hotel’s train station) - it’s very comfy.

Part of Tierra Viva Hotels Chain, this property is located in Urubamba, the heart of the Sacred Valley, 60 km from the centre of Cusco and only 11 km from Ollantaytambo, the starting point to explore Machu Picchu and last train station before arriving to the citadel. Free parking on site. I loved the place! The service was super kind, beautiful view, easy to find, great breakfast, good shower and bed. I highly recommend!!
