Desert Wonders Camp is situated on Eastern Sands that stretches from Eastern Hajars to the Arabian Sea. Lit by lanterns, the camp offers Bedouin-style accommodation with tents. The camp is Eco friendly and only uses solar systems. We were picked up by the owner and he took us for a ride through the dessert to see a sunset. This was the highlight of the stay, together with meeting hs camels.

Thousand Nights Camp is located in Shārqiyah. Some units are air conditioned and include a seating area with a flat-screen TV.The tented camp offers an outdoor pool. There is a children's playground at this property. No wifi Internet available. Great location deep in the desert, exceptionally clean, very friendly staff, amazing choice of extra activities and experience worth having. The tents are really luxurious and amazing.

Sama al Wasil Desert Camp offers air-conditioned rooms in Shāhiq. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. Amazing camp. We really enjoyed. Room was clean, neat, very nice touches. Everything was really nice organized. We didn’t di any activity cause we primarily came to enjoy and relax for one day. Outside cinema is simply wow. Such a professional and kind staff. Would stay again and will definitely recommend

The location of the Arabian orex camp is very beautiful, in the embrace of the sand dunes and under the twinkling stars and moonlight on a very beautiful night. The presence of the Arabian Maha enclosure is a real aesthetic addition to the name of the camp and the playful deer.

Surrounded by the high sand dunes of Oman’s desert, the eco-friendly Retreat Camp in Sharqiya provides authentic, Arabian-style accommodation in tents. We spent 2 nights here so we could experience the desert through the 24-hour cycle. The sleeps were warm and comfy, the meals tasty, and service impeccable from Assad, Joel and Joce. The owner Hamid, is a hardworking 15-year desert tourism veteran, and had lots of tales. Campfire and meal times make for great conversations with other guests. We paid OMR25 for the 25-min return 4x4 transfer from Bidiyah, and OMR10 per person for camel rides and dune bashing, both loads of fun. This is a licensed camp, which uses largely solar power and pumps up water from a 150-metre well.

The Desert Nights Resort - Inclusive of a Free Sunset Drive and Camel Ride is situated on the Wahiba/Sharqiya sands, a 2-hour drive from Muscat. This secluded area covers 11 km of beautiful desert landscape. unbelievable beautiful resort, i recommend everybody to stay 2 nights.
