Located in the village of Misfat Al- Abriyeen in the state of Al-Hamra, Al Misfah Hospitality Inn is about 200 kilometers away from Muscat. Amazing place, in a old charming village with modern amenities. Delicious dinner and breakfast that should not be missed. Lovely staff.

Overlooking the Hajar Mountains, this 4-star, deluxe hotel offers spacious accommodation, 24-hour room service and a heated outdoor pool. It also includes 2 indoor bars, a pool bar and a shisha... Nice place, friendly staff, hotel was not busy and quiet so it was a good chance to relax. It is quite far from everywhere but should be fine of you have a car. The pool was very clean and kids friendly. breakfast good with many varities. They had bbq dinner for the 2 nights we did around the pool at 12 OMR/person. Food was very good and the atmosphere was perfect.

Although it may look Misfah is rather a touristic attraction, it is worth to come and stay for 2 nights - get the real omani feel and enjoy the cool wibe of the place. You can walk (and get lost for a while) in little streets and corridors in this small traditional village, admire the old falaj water system and follow marked trails to the spring and wadi. From Misfah old house you can see and hear the water bringing life to palm trees and little green fields all around. We were welcomed by coffee and local dates and with our kids were accomodated in 2 interconnected double rooms with separate entrance, large terrase and a bathroom. Dinner and breakfast buffets were quite rich, extra paid fruit drinks were delicious.

Featuring an infinity pool, The View is located at Al Hamra. The property is perched on a high rock slab that overlooks the surrounding mountains and valleys. Free WiFi in public areas is available. The view is one of the place you want come back. I wish to take my whole family there :-)The view exceeded my expectations. The pool is exceptional!
