Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. It’s well-equipped with all the amenities you could need, from a fully functional kitchen to cozy furnishings, making it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere is tranquil, perfect for unwinding after a busy day or for a fully relaxing getaway. What truly made the stay special was the host. Their warm, welcoming nature and attentiveness ensured that everything ran smoothly. They were always available to answer questions or provide recommendations but respected our privacy, striking the perfect balance. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a serene, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay. It’s clear that every effort has been made to create a space where guests can truly relax and feel cared for.

Located in the centre of Nelson only 100 metres from the main shopping area, Palms Motel offers self-contained apartments with full kitchen facilities. It also has an outdoor heated swimming pool. Guests enjoy free WiFi. The location is a short walk from the town center, and convenient for our day trip to Abel Tasman National Park. The room was comfortable, clean and roomy with a nice outdoor seating area. Check-in and out communication was clear and the staff were friendly. Parking was convenient.

Wow what a gem accommodation, it had so much character. The facilities were lovely & the staff were so friendly & welcoming. Great location if you need to fly in or out of Nelson. We had dinner a couple of times in the restaurant downstairs & the food was delicious. When they ran out of one particular dessert the Manager made me up a special dessert as a replacement which was such a lovely touch. Highly recommend.
