Arista of Rotorua studios are 20 minutes’ walk from the famous Polynesian Spa. The property features a BBQ area and a pirate ship children’s playground set in lovely gardens. Guests enjoy unlimited WiFi. Most apartments feature a private hot tub and a private patio. The moment you open the door, you will be awed by the layout. Spacious and luxurious indeed. You will have two queen beds and two single beds in a two-floor room. Kids love playing up and down the stairs, and it was undoubtedly the best stay throughout our North Island trip in NZ. The personal spa jacuzzi in the room was another standout feature of this stay. There is also an on-property playground for the kids. The room was clean, comfortable and complete.

Centrally located in Rotorua on a quiet leafy residential street, 20 minutes' walk from the centre of town, local shops and dining options. Rotorua Studio is fully renovated, including modern fittings and furnishing. Free WiFi and free parking are available. Very nice room in Rotorua. The room was very spacious and had everything you need. Be aware that you have to pay in cash or by bank transfer. Easy check-in and communication.

These studios and apartments feature a kitchenette with microwave and an en suite bathroom. All 2-bedroom apartments have a 48-inch LED-screen TV. Many also include a balcony. Fab appartment. Lovely rooms, so clean and the netflix on the tv was a plus! Delighted all round. Great value for money.

Guests can enjoy use of the BBQ facilities, fish from the shores or park their boat and relax after a day on the water. A wonderful "Hello" on arrival by the friendly staff, we immediately felt welcome. At the reception you can borrow a book or a board game or a movie for free if one is interested to do so (which we were). Accommodation was a two-bedroom apartment which turned out be more like a little row-house with two floors (ground floor: kitchen to the right, followed by an open-plan dining area with a large table and six chairs and a living area with a sofa and large TV that leads right up to the other end of the house where some sliding doors open to a little terrace, 1st floor: master bedroom to the left, then bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer in the middle, second bedroom with two singles to the right). Free parking in front of the house. Fully equipped kitchen, spotless clean - as was the whole house. Heating and cooling possible - much appreciated as it was rather chilly when we staid there. Lovely surroundings close to the lake.
