All rooms at Edgewater Paihia have views toward the ocean. Each apartment includes a spacious kitchen, laundry facilities and an en suite bathroom with under-floor heating. I paid a bit more than I usually do for a room and I’m glad I did. The room was spacious, clean, had all the facilities we needed…and it was a great view of the water and some good people watching. The location was great, a short walk to everything and not far from Waitangi. The lady who greeted me at reception was lovely and helpful. Would stay here again.

Located in a quiet position on Kerikeri Road, the colonial-style Kerikeri Park Lodge features modern decor and is set on 3.5 acres of lovely park like grounds. Guests enjoy a spacious free parking area and a BBQ area on request. All accommodation features free Wi-Fi and private cooking facilities. Very comfortable spacious accommodation. Clean, quiet and everything available. Great little kitchen. Bed comfortable. Plenty of pillow choices. Very happy and highly recommend this place to stay.

Each modern guest room includes a private deck area with outdoor furniture, as well as a kitchenette with cooking facilities. All have a seating area with cable TV. Lovely warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Large, clean accommodation with apple and plum trees in the garden and plenty windfall fruits to pick. The pool was clean and not too cold.

Averill Court Motel offers spacious self-contained accommodation, only 150 metres from Paihia Beach. All rooms are built around a central pool area with spa pool, swimming pool and sun terrace.

Lovely hotel in a lovely place. We intended to stay just for one night but as the hotel was so nice, we stayed for 4 days.

For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. Free WiFi is available. So clean and well maintained. The kitchen is always a bonus when travelling with kids. The beds are better than 5 star hotels that I’ve stayed at so comfortable. I’m starting to find motels are becoming better than hotels. The pool was nice and clean and the staff are easy. Bill the owner is so accommodating and lovely.

Set on the Paihia waterfront in the heart of the Bay of Islands, this motel offers refurbished suites with free Wi-Fi directly opposite Paihia Beach. All suites offer a patio or balcony with sea or garden views. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The ocean view was lovely. It was conveniently close to restaurants and the dock while being far enough away to be quiet.
