Centrally situated in Rosendal by the Hardanger Fjord, this waterfront hotel offers a restaurant, bar and terrace with panoramic views. We stayed one night. The car park is free, check in was quick and the staff was very friendly and nice. The room we got was overlooking the fjord. It was nice size and the bed was very comfortable. We also had a little balcony. The shower had good pressure and hot water quickly. They have a restaurant on site serving food all day, we had breakfast (included) and dinner (paid) and both were very good. There is some renovation going on to improve the place and it did not bother us at all. Would stay again any time, it was awesome!

They gave us a free upgrade to a room with a balcony and view of the fjord. The staff were so attentive and really put in effort to make us feel at home and cared after. The breakfast was delicious! First, they gave a selection of cold cuts, vegetables and cheeses. Then they made roasted mushrooms, bacon, and eggs cooked to order! There was also fresh fruit, coffee, tea, bread, and muesli.
