Very convenient and enough time to visit Trolltunga in one day, go to Bergen, take a walk to the four waterfalls in Kinsarvik, and visit the glacier on the recommendation of the hostess. The views from the cabins are simply stunning! You can order croissants and morning coffee on the balcony - it's simply unforgettable! I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Overlooking the lake of Eidfjordvatnet, this traditional timber-clad property is just 12 km from the spectacular Vøringsfossen waterfall. Guests can enjoy speciality pancakes on the terrace with mountain views all around. The breakfast was excellent, the pancakes - yum! The valley is gorgeous, you just can't stop admiring the view. Staff was super nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

The small town of Kinsarvik gave me the most surprises during this trip to Norway! 1) It is slightly farther from Trolltunga than Odda, but its rooms are easier to book and the prices are more reasonable. 2) The scenery of the town is very beautiful. 3) The elderly gentleman at the front desk who received me was very kind, warm and thoughtful. Knowing we were going to Trolltunga, he even checked the weather for us and asked if we needed to prepare breakfast. When he saw us return from Trolltunga, he told me to take a good rest right away. I am very grateful to him.
