The tearoom and breakfast room are very cosy and have a lovely family atmosphere. The biggest asset of this place is their owners: Brian and Gertįan (I hope the spelling is right :-)), they were just so welcoming, friendly and made us feel at home and well looked after

The hotel ambience for xmas was exceptional with all the decorations and the free biscuits and hot chocolate was an extra touch that made our stay that more enjoyable . The room was well presented and clean and tidy - the bed was so so comfortable. We have stayed here before and never been disappointed - we look forward to our next stay at Hotel Janssen - the location is excellent for our stay at valkenburg and it never disappoints . Thank you to all the staff that go the extra mile - the hospitality is outstanding - well done .
