Room was big and comes with a bathtub, which you can watch TV through a glass partition. Swimming pool is at the roof top and is infinity pool type. Did not explore the gym. Breakfast buffet has a wide range of food, but please go try the local food outside of the hotel. You won't be disappointed. There is a direct access to the nearby shopping mall, Ipoh Parade.

Featuring a free city shuttle and 2 dining options, MU Hotel offers modern guest rooms in Ipoh. Guests enjoy free WiFi and free parking is provided. Ipoh Railway Station is 3 km away. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet street but within walking distance to the major food places in Ipoh. The breakfast has a nice selection of local and western dishes. Overall the facility was clean and well maintained. Hotel staff were courteous and service was prompt. Would highly recommend for budget conscious travellers.
